Mike Lelliott (Membership)

Mike Lelliott is a Chartered Hydrogeologist specializing in water management across all stages of the mining life cycle. As Principal Advisor for Water Management at Rio Tinto, he specializes in water management approaches that integrate technical, environmental, and social aspects. Mike has worked globally—from Africa and Central Asia to Europe and Asia-Pacific—on diverse commodities including iron ore, gold, copper, polymetals, potash, coal, and uranium. A published author and mentor, he serves on the IAH GB Chapter committee and is passionate about water stewardship.
